Delivery, duty and terms
Everything that governs how a pallet gets from our factory to your door, in one place. This is what every other page on the site links back to.
Pallets
- 210 × 120 × 150 cm
- 800–1,000 kg, loaded
- 30 frames of one size, or mixed sizes by arrangement
- Single-use pallets — not on an exchange scheme
Unloading
A forklift or a loading dock is required at the delivery address. Tail-lift delivery is not possible at this weight — kerbside drop-off cannot happen. Tell us how you'll unload before we dispatch.

Duty and VAT
- Commodity code 9403 20 — 0% duty under the EU–UK trade agreement
- Conditional on a statement of origin on our invoice

- Normally accounted for through postponed VAT accounting
Lead time and payment
Lead time
- 3–4 weeks in production from confirmed order
- Roughly one week in transit
- Production starts once prepayment clears

- 100% prepayment against a proforma invoice

Frames plus freight
The frame price is fixed. Freight depends on how many pallets you take and where they go, so it is shown as a range here and confirmed exactly with your quotation.

Mixing sizes lowers the freight cost per frame, because the rate follows the total number of pallets rather than the size. Ask for a mixed load in your enquiry.
Freight estimates cover England and Wales mainland and include Polish export clearance, UK import clearance and delivery booking-in. The exact figure depends on quantity and delivery postcode and is confirmed with your quotation. Scotland, Northern Ireland, the islands and central London are priced separately. Prices exclude VAT. Invoiced in EUR; GBP is for guidance only, converted at €1 = £0.88and reviewed quarterly (last reviewed 2026-08-26).
Figures above use King as the reference size — the per-frame price scales with each size's ex-works price. Visit any product page for its own table.

Delivery areas
Standard pricing covers England and Wales mainland. Scotland, Northern Ireland, the islands and central London congestion/emission zones are quoted separately — mention your postcode in your enquiry and we'll confirm.
